①Check whether encoder sensor is damaged, whether encoder strip can be detected normally, if it is damaged, replace with a new one for banner printer.

②Check whether signal wire of servo motor of Stormjet eco solvent printer is connected properly, whether there is a bad connection or a short circuit.

③If above part is normal, then you can check whether drive board and main board of banner printer are normal. If there are signs of burnout or short circuit, it is recommended to replace new drive board and main board.
