1.Ink quality, ink contains a variety of chemical components, often due to imprecise filtering, high viscosity, moisturizing fluid is poor and other factors, causing printhead failure.
2.Paying no attention to the operation and maintenance of scraping paper, etc. For the printhead, the direct cause of its damage is physical damage, that is, due to the warping of media such as paper, the metal hole sheet at the bottom of the printhead is scratched during printing, causing printinghead spray hole is damaged to cannot spray normally.
3.External voltage.The external voltage is too high or unstable, which may cause the printer to burn the printhead or fail to recognize the printhead.
4.Static interference. A too dry working environment will directly generate a lot of static electricity and directly cause damage to the printhead circuit. Or, when using printing materials, especially plastic-based materials, the printhead will be damaged or the ink head will be blocked and damaged due to the accumulation of impurities.
4. There is air in the pipe, often because the contact point between the pipe and the printhead is loose or the printhead leaks, causing the ink to return to the left ink supply chamber, causing the printhead to burn out and be damaged. If bubbles are contained in the process of filling the ink, the general burnout will cause a short circuit, which will cause the entire group of nozzles to fail. Often, too much air is injected when filling the ink tank instead of ink. When the air bubbles cause insufficient ink supply in the peinthead, the heating element will overheat and burn out because of insufficient ink to cool it, causing damage.
