First, the printhead test print is abnormal:
1. After pressing the print test button, the trolley moves back to the original position for a short period, and moves forward one step at a time;
Solution: The machine length is set incorrectly, just reset the machine length.
2. No ink is printed on the printhead test:
a, the power supply is abnormal, check whether the power supply is stable;
b. the printhead power driver board or printhead board is defective. Replace the printhead power driver board or printhead board.
Second, the printhead of the Stormjet brochure printing machine drips ink:
1. The air in the printhead of the printer is not cleaned, so it needs to be pumped several times.
2. The ink tube interface does not match well, you need to reinsert or replace the interface.
3. Printhead leaks. Check for leaks and seal with glue.
Third, the newly installed printhead of the Stormjet brochure printing machine cannot print normally:
1. Press the auxiliary menu on the panel of the machine, and then press the ink cartridge status to see if each printhead displays QID. If the printhead displays ERR, it will alarm and display the calibration error. The printhead is not installed properly, but also check the contacts. Whether the contact of the contact is normal.
2. If nozzle missing occur, Use the ink absorber to suck the printhead that cannot spray ink. If you still can't solve this problem, then use a syringe to inflate the printhead ink inlet, and then inject 20ml of ink for printing test.
