1. The print head of the banner printer should be powered off when it is installed. If it is easy to break the print head when it is powered on, gently push the car to move left and right after installation to check whether it is smooth. If the control is strong, the print head is already install in place, then power on.

2. Do not install ink when the banner printer is powered on, and then check if there is any bad contact, otherwise the print head of the banner printer will burn out due to a short circuit.

3. There must be protective measures on the surface of the print head of the banner printer, do not collide, so as to avoid damage and deformation, and affect the normal operation of the banner printer.

4.At this time, you can add ink,check the ink volume, ink suction pump, and cleaning sheet one by one.

Most of the printer heads installed for the first time have air inside, so you must print a picture sample to exhaust the air before performing normal printing.
