Color cast is the most troublesome thing in the process of inkjet printing machine. Color cast is inevitable and can only be minimized. Why is the picture printed by the digital printer different from the color on the computer? Here is a brief introduction for everyone.

1.If you want to compare, you can't expect the picture printed by the digital inkjet printing machine to be exactly the same as the color on the computer, because the monitor is RGB true color wide color gamut, the inkjet printing machine is CMYK false color, so the color gamut is narrow, the software automatic conversion mode will lose some colors. The general solution is to adjust the color cast, the method is to reduce the amount of yellow in the Y channel, and make multiple adjustments each time. Of course, you can also ask the master to help you adjust the curve and store it when you are satisfied.
2.Before printing, please check whether the mode of the image in Photoshop is RGB or CMYK. When you use the digital printing machine to output the image, you must change the mode of the image to CMYK.
3.Check the printhead of the printer for nozzle missing and whether the large ink cartridge is short of ink.
