Cause: The abnormal horizontal stripes printed by the stormjet inkjet banner printer are because the circuit board of the printhead is subject to a certain degree of corrosion in a special climate.

Solution: The print head has been damaged, and must be replaced with a new head during maintenance; first, the new inkjet head for repair and replacement should be protected (sprayed with protective liquid to isolate the air), and then installed in the repair printing machine. This measure has obvious effect in the actual test, and can almost prevent the re-repair caused by this fault.

Protection of the surface of the print head: Take a slightly larger package (plastic bag, thick paper, etc.) and make a hole with the same area as the nozzle of the printhead. After the printhead is placed, it should be basically free of gaps (to prevent mist-like protective liquid block the nozzle surface)

Ink hole protection: Install the ink cartridge on the inkjet head to protect the ink injection hole.
