1. First of all, first stop for ink is ink cartridge of Stormjet eco solvent printer, which is source of equipment's printing ink supply. SJ-3180TS eco solvent printer is equipped with four large-capacity ink cartridges, which can guarantee ink supply for a long time, increase work efficiency and fully ensure continuous output of picture;

2. Ink enters ink tube at second station, and ink tube is slender, which transfers ink in ink cartridge to solvent ink printer head. Although ink tube is only a transmission channel, it has an important impact on entire printing process of Stormjet eco solvent printer. During entire ink transmission process, ink tube must be absolutely sealed and appearance is not bent to make ink enter next station smoothly.

3. The third stop of ink is damper, which is last stop before ink reaches print head. Main function of damper is to filter ink, to ensure that ink reaching eco solvent printer head is fine and free of impurities, and to avoid problem of nozzle clogging during printing process;

4. The fourth station of ink is print head. In order to ensure best condition of print head, it is necessary to clean print head in capping station. Process of cleaning print head is process of drawing ink. In this process, air in print head can be effectively removed and clogged nozzles can be flushed out. In process of drawing ink, part of ink is drawn out and becomes waste ink; then, through data transmission control, ink regularly rushes out of nozzle and prints onto printing media to form beautiful patterns.
