If stormjet eco solvent advertisement printer is not used for a long time, in order to prevent print head blockage, stormjet eco solvent advertisement printer head need to be maintained as follows (the specific method depends on the length of time, if the time is long, remove printer head and store it)

Remove stormjet eco solvent advertisement printer head first, and remember not to touch anything with printer head sufferance. When removing, first pull out the damper, then remove damper holder, then remove the three screws that fix the print head, take out the print head steadily, and unplug the two data cables.

After stormjet eco solvent advertisement printer head is removed, while ensuring that the oil-based cleaning fluid is not contaminated by dust (oil-based cleaning fluid for outdoor printer, water-based cleaning fluid for indoor printer), clean the supplied glass syringe. A silicone tube about ten centimeters long is included with the machine. Please make sure that there is no impurities in the tube before use, and be careful not to block stormjet eco solvent advertisement printer head.

Connect the silicone tube to the syringe, draw the oily cleaning fluid into the syringe, connect the other end of the tube to stormjet eco solvent advertisement printer head, and then gently push to inject the cleaning fluid into print head, so that the cleaning fluid flows out from the bottom of stormjet eco solvent advertisement printer head (Note: Do not use excessive force large, so as not to damage the head).

Cleaning operation:

1.During the cleaning process, be careful not to flow the cleaning liquid into the data line chip of the plug-in print head, and try to tilt the other end to prevent the cleaning liquid from flowing in.

2.Do not push the syringe too hard during cleaning, otherwise it will cause the tube connected to stormjet eco solvent advertisement printer head to bounce off. Hold printhead connection port when cleaning to avoid unnecessary trouble.

3.After cleaning, there will be residual waste ink on the bottom mirror of stormjet eco solvent advertisement printer head. Use the relevant container to pour the cleaning fluid into the container (oily cleaning fluid is corrosive), and soak the mirror surface of stormjet eco solvent advertisement printer head in the cleaning fluid (Note: You only need to soak the mirror in it, the other parts do not need to be soaked, the soaking time is about 1-2 hours).

4.After soaking, take out stormjet eco solvent advertisement printer head and wipe clean the remaining cleaning liquid on it (note: do not wipe the mirror surface with paper towels). After cleaning, it can be sealed and stored with plastic wrap. Do not wind it vigorously when wrapping. Don't bump the mirror surface after wrapping.
