Work according to the safe operation rules of the printing press to ensure the normal operation of the printing press.
1、As an important guarantee for personal safety of workers and staff, it is forbidden to use the printing press without operators.
2、The operator shall be familiar with the contents of the printing machine operation manual and the safety information and marks of the machine, and operate and maintain the equipment in strict accordance with the provisions of the operation manual to ensure that the safety signs are clear, complete and correct.
3、Before starting the machine, confirm that the voltage is 220V and the air pressure is 0.5MPa, then turn on the power switch.
4、When the machine is running automatically, it is forbidden to open the safety door of the machine. When opening the safety door, confirm that all moving parts stop working.
5、Do not touch any electrical device when opening the control panel without cutting off the power supply.
6、Before returning the machine to the original point, first transfer out the original circuit board of the machine, and confirm that there is no foreign matter at each moving guide rail to prevent equipment damage.
7、 When printing a new base plate or adjusting the size of the base plate, the base plate support and thimble must be reinstalled.
8、When there is a thimble in the machine, it is forbidden to adjust the width of the guide rail.
9 、the thimble is a high-precision accessory. Bending and impact are strictly prohibited.
10、The distance between the front and back limit position of scraper and the inner frame of screen board shall not be less than 40mm, and the scraper pressure shall be selected at appropriate parameters to prevent the screen board from cracking due to excessive pressure.
11、Do not place your hand under the scraper after installation.
