1. Inaccurate detection of eco solvent print media width. 　　
Reason:
1.The stormjet print media is uneven and slightly arched.
2. The print media is relatively transparent.
3. The print media is too thick.
Solution:
1.Reload the print media and make sure its surface is flat.
2. Change to opaque print media.
3. Use thinner print media.
2. Press the forward or backward direction key, the stormjet eco solvent printing medium can not move smoothly, and make noise. 　　
Reason:
1. The print media is too heavy.
2. The feed speed is set too fast.
Solution:
1. Use thinner or narrower print media.
2. Enter the USER→FEED menu in turn, and reduce the SPEED value (factory default is 4) to 1 or 2.
