1. Try to do print works as much as possible

If you need to print a lot of things, it is recommended that you collect the things that need to be printed together. Each time the machine is started, it is necessary to clean the printhead and initialize the heat transfer printer and fill the ink delivery system with ink. This process wastes a lot of ink, so try to do print works as much as possible.
2. Minimize cleaning times
In the process of using the heat transfer printing machine, the printhead is often blocked. There are many reasons for the blockage, such as the working environment of the machine, the quality of the ink, and the idle time of the printer. The number of cleaning of the printhead should be minimized. Of course, when using the machine, you should pay attention to using the printer ink specified by the machine manufacturer whenever possible.
3. Properly clean the printhead
Most heat transfer printing machine automatically cleans the printhead when it is turned on, and it has a button to clean the printhead. If the automatic cleaning function is invalid, the printhead can be cleaned manually. For manual cleaning, the printhead should be removed according to the steps in the operation manual. When manually cleaning the spray head, a thin rubber tube can be placed on the front of the medical syringe and rinsed with strictly filtered water.When rinsing, carefully observe the spray hole with a magnifying glass. Pay attention to the following points when cleaning the nozzle:
A. Do not clean the printhead with sharp objects, do not hit it, and do not touch it with your hand
B. The printhead cannot be disassembled or installed in the charged state. Do not touch the electrical contacts on the printhead with your hands or other objects.
C. The printhead cannot be removed from the printer and placed alone, and it cannot be placed in a dusty place.
4. Don't replace the ink cartridge immediately
We know that the heat transfer printing machine detects the ink level in the ink cartridge through an inductive sensor. When the sensor detects that the ink level of one of the colors is less than the value set, it prompts to replace the ink cartridge. At this point, we can remove the ink cartridge to reset the internal sensor of the printer, so as to confirm the installation of a new ink cartridge.
