3. Adjust the height of the printer. The UV printer mainly detects the height of the media with infrared rays. Before printing, the media must be placed first. If it is a transparent media, the height needs to be visually inspected. It is best to have a higher distance between the media and the nozzle.
4. The method of adding ink to the printer. In the case of refilling the ink or when the ink tube is blocked, you can use a general medical syringe to pump down the bottom of the cartridge until ink enters the syringe. In addition, when adding ink, it is advisable to add ink to the external ink cartridge about 2/3, not too much.
5. The printed picture has stripes. Generally, there are two possible reasons. On the one hand, the two things that store the data are dirty (grating strips and grating sheets).On the other hand, it is possible that the print head is wiped or hit or the nozzle is blocked. First make a test strip to see if the nozzle is blocked. If it is, clean the print head.
6. The nozzle is dripping ink. There are also several possibilities for this situation. One is that the rubber seal of the cleaning unit is not good. Please replace the rubber seal; another is that the ink droplets collect on the bottom of the nozzle after the nozzle is hit. In this case, use a cotton ball to wipe the bottom of the nozzle; another possibility is that the negative pressure is too high. See if the position of the external ink cartridge is too high or there is too much ink in the external ink cartridge.
