What is the reason for the deviation of the media during printing?

Zhengzhou New Century Digital Technology Co., Ltd.

The deviation of the media during the printing process of the poster printer means that the media is inclined in one direction, which also causes the printed image to run away. This phenomenon may be caused by the incorrect loading method of the output media or the skewed placement of the media before and after the printing process, which caused the uneven force on both sides to cause the tilt.

Solution: The correct method of loading poster printer media: first disable the rear media sensor (set the automatic feeding function to manual or turn off the switch of the rear feed motor), and then load the print media on the paper roll.Put it on the rod and fix it with a paper roll holder, and place it on the back of the poster printer. Then loosen a part of the printing media and pass its front end through the pressure roller. The operator pulls the printing media in front of the printer with equal and appropriate force with both hands. Tighten them properly, and then put down the pressure roller lever to detect the width of the media. After the detection is completed, first restore the detection function of the rear media sensor, and then use the arrow keys to walk out a section of the media to check the media deflection. If there is a serious skew, the media must be reloaded according to the above method. Note that the front and rear media should sag naturally, and do not skew.
