1. As long as ink cartridge is not broken, it can be used all time

Sponge in ink cartridge has a certain lifespan. When sponge repeats process of "absorbing and releasing" ink several times or is used for more than a certain period of time, ink absorption capacity of sponge will be reduced.

In addition, no matter how well ink is filled, some impurities or dust will be brought into inside of ink cartridge after multiple fillings. These dusts will be taken to and adsorbed on filter screen of ink cartridge when ink flows. As dust increases, filter screen of ink cartridge will be blocked, causing ink to flow poorly and causing problems such as disconnection during printing. Therefore, ink cartridge is not for permanent use and needs to be replaced after a period of use.

2. The more nozzle cleaning times, the better

Print head is core component of Stormjet eco solvent printer, so many people attach great importance to it and clean print head frequently. In fact, this is incorrect, because frequent cleaning of nozzle may damage nozzle.Nozzle cleaning frequency is recommended once a month, usually using "automatic cleaning function" that comes with Stormjet eco solvent printer to simply clean it.

3.Stormjet eco solvent printer does not need to be anti-static

Many users are not sufficiently aware of hazards of static electricity, and do not do well in anti-static work of Stormjet eco solvent printer. Static electricity is a very common scene in daily life, and it has a harm to precision instruments that cannot be ignored.
