Maintenance of the printhead after the printer is installed and the printer is in the first use
1. In order to make the printhead enter into the best operation state, before the stormjet silk printer officially starts to work, please make sure to print as many pictures as possible within 1-2 days. The pictures are preferably used in all 4 colors of CMYK, and C, M, Y, K 4 color bars must be added to the two sides of the screen to ensure that the four printhead are always in the inkjet state.
2. It is best to take out the moisturizing sponge in the rightmost cleaning station together with its bracket when printing.

Maintenance of the printhead after daily work
After all the print jobs are completed every day, in order to keep the printheads in the best working condition and avoid blocking the printhead due to the volatilization of eco-solvent ink, please maintain the printheads as follows and let it stay overnight.
1. Power off the printer.
2. First clean the moisturizing sponge with a special cleaning solution, and then pour the cleaning solution on the sponge to make it wet.
3. Move the head back to the cleaning station on the far right and make the nozzle tightly fit with the moisturizing sponge.
4. Keep this condition overnight.
