When the carriage hit the left frame when turning on the printer?: The encoder sensor is dirty, need to be cleaned.The encoder sensor is broken, we need to change it.

When the figure line inclined to one side: The servo motor is broken, we need to replace the servo motor.The encoder sensor is dirty, need to use cotton swabs dipped in water to clean.

When the printer can’t test paper: Test paper is dirty, need to use cotton swabs dipped in water scrub.Test paper is not equipped good, we need to reinstall again.

When the printhead is out of ink: The carriage is too hot, we need to turn down the machine to recover.

When the ink can’t recognise the cartridge: Decryption card is loose, we need to insert again or decryption card is broken.

There is a grid in printing figure and the ink can’t print continuously: The encoder sensor is dirty, we need to use cotton swabs dipped in water wipe the encoder sensor a few times more and dry the water with dry cotton swabs.
