The main causes of nozzle clogging or damage are:
1. Use unofficially certified inks and cleaning fluids;
2. Use expired or deteriorated UV ink; (the shelf life of ink is generally one year when it is unopened and stored in a cool place);
3. Incorrect nozzle cleaning and maintenance methods;
4. During the printing process, the surface of the nozzle scrapes the printing media, and the surface of the nozzle and the nozzle hole are damaged;
5. Use dirty cleaning fluid to cleaning the nozzle;
6. When the nozzle missing or slightly obliquely sprays, it cannot be dealt with in time and effectively;
7. The nozzle and ink path are irradiated by strong sunlight, causing ink variation;
8. The heating system of the nozzle and the secondary ink cartridge is out of control, and the temperature continues to rise, but it cannot be found and processed in time;

1. For print heads using UV ink, please identify the SOL label print head, other types of labels are prohibited from using UV ink;
2. It is forbidden to use UV ink again for nozzles that have used solvent ink, and it is forbidden to use solvent ink for nozzles that have used UV ink.
3. Please use the ink and cleaning fluid certified by the nozzle manufacturer.
4. The cleaning nozzle must use the cleaning liquid matched with the currently used UV ink. After cleaning, store it in a cool place.
