UV flatbed printer, that is, universal flatbed printer.In recent years,it is playing a more and more important role in the advertising market,and the daily operation and maintenance are also becoming more and more important. The following is a brief introduction to the maintenance knowledge of UV flatbed printer.
1. Please clean the internal and external structures of UV printer regularly to keep the machine clean and tidy.
2. Clean the encoder sensor strip regularly with alcohol (usually once every two days).
3. Check whether the ink car moves smoothly and add lubricating grease as appropriate to ensure smooth operation.
4. Check the cleaning unit to remove the ink remaining on the peripheral sealing ring; drip an appropriate amount of alcohol or cleaning liquid on the sponge of the cleaning unit, and use the syringe to twitch back and forth until it is smooth, and finally evacuate the waste ink in the pipeline.
5. If you do not need to use a UV printer for a short period of time, please keep it on once a day to prevent ink from drying up on the surface of the printhead.If it is not used for a long time, please return the remaining ink in the damper to the ink bottle, print the remaining ink in the printhead, then rinse it with cleaning liquid (remember that the pressure should not be too high to prevent the printhead from damaging), inject heat preservation liquid, restart the machine, and reset the ink car. Finally, put the damper back and shut it down.
