There are many reasons for disconnection, such as changing cartridges, adding ink, not using for a long time, etc., usually solved by "printhead cleaning".

How to judge whether the printhead is plugged or disconnected?

If the position of the missing line in the pattern does not change after each cleaning, the line is always missing at a fixed position, indicating that the nozzle is blocked.

If the position of the missing line is changed, it is not a plug but a disconnection.

It is normal to have a disconnection when replacing the cartridge (or after adding ink).Generally, the problem will be solved after cleaning for one or two times, and the disconnection situation will be reduced after each cleaning (note: the interval between cleaning for two times is better than 20 minutes).When there is a disconnection in use, if the more you clean, the more the disconnection occurs, the ink in the cartridge is gone. At this time, the ink cartridge should be replaced immediately or refill ink.
