During the use of the stormjet epson printhead printer, there are often some kinds of small problems. If you want to solve them in time, you must learn to deal with some common small problems.

1. The reason why the car runs around at high speed after turning on the stormjet printer:
①The encoder sensor is damaged or the plug is not inserted properly, please check the encoder sensor and check if the socket is loose;
②The cat board is faulty, please replace it and try again;
③The car cable and the socket of the car board are not inserted well, please check whether the socket is well inserted;
④The car cable is shorted to the chassis or the cable is open, please check whether the cable is damaged;
⑤The cable and the decode board of the print head are not inserted properly, please check whether they are inserted properly;
⑥The golden finger of the nozzle decode board is open, please check whether the nozzle decode board is good;
⑦The decode board of the print head and the main board are not inserted firmly, please check whether they are inserted firmly;
⑧Main board failure.
2. Treatment of air leakage:
①Inspection method: After injecting the nozzle with 25ml to 30ml ink, suck out the air in the pipe, install the printhead, and then invert the nozzle above the car for three seconds and then put it upright, there will be bubbles rising in the nozzle.If the bubble stops slowly when it rises, it is normal conditions, if it does not stop, it can be determined that the installation port is leaking.
②Air leakage phenomenon: the bubble does not go into the nozzle when spraying the picture; the bubble flows backward; the nozzle hole is seriously accumulating ink; the contact is stained with ink; nozzle missing occur when spraying.
③Treatment method: The above phenomenon is air leakage in the installation hole, which may be caused by excessive force during installation, and the nozzle installation hole is broken. You can use a bicycle inner tube (with a hole in the middle) to cover the nozzle mounting hole and tighten the ink needle.
