1.If there is not much printing work, the customer can let the banner print head be placed on the machine, as long as the paper is added with alcohol (preferably not fluffed) when working, wipe the crystal block of the nozzle and use the ink absorber.
2.If there is no printing job for a few days, fearing the inkjet print head will be aging, it is recommended to remove the print head from the banner printer. Please note that the inkjet print head should be placed sideways (nozzle chip upward), so that the ink does not come out, and then wipe the nozzle clean with alcohol , It is best to suck with an ink absorber. Do not let the sun shine on the inkjet print head. Add a small amount of clean water when cleaning the nozzle to solve the general clogging and other phenomena.
3.The ground wire must be connected.
The method of correct grounding: connect the grounding wire (copper wire, diameter 4mm) of the metal body of the printer to 1.5-2m deep underground, pour salt water around the ground, separate the grounding from the computer grounding. There are many benefits of the ground wire, for example, to prevent the inkjet print head from scattering ink, and to prevent the car from being suddenly suspended.
