Because the human body itself is a huge static power source, when operating the print head with power, make sure that both hands have been discharged (contact a grounded metal body or wear a static elimination bracelet), otherwise the print head may be damaged.
5. In the large ink supply system, the ink in the ink cartridge should be about 1 / 2-3 / 4, there should be no air bubbles in the ink tube, and 20ml ink should be installed before the new print head is installed, otherwise it may cause no ink or leaking ink.
6. When feeding the paper forward or backward, you cannot press and hold a button to move forward or backward for too long. You should press the button for no more than 10 seconds, pause and continue, otherwise it will cause damage to the stepping motor or the main board.
7. When operating the print head halfway, be careful not to allow ink to splash onto the main board in the car. After the print head is reset, observe the table, optical axis, and encoder strip(especially) of the car's staying position for dirt. Clean it up immediately.
8. The residue in the large ink tank should be regularly cleaned and filtered to prevent the bottom of the sediment from entering the pipeline and blocking the pipeline and the print head.
9.
