Indoor and outdoor printer have different inks due to different applicable environments. For piezoelectric book printing machines using water-based inks, we should usually pay attention to the daily maintenance of the ink circuit. The following is the maintenance of the ink circuit of the indoor book printing machine:
①Before the printer is deactivated, print a test strip to check that the printhead is in a normal state, then place the cart in the capping station, close the printhead and the capping station tightly, and shut down normally.
② It is recommended to print the test strip every day to check whether the printhead is clogged. If it is blocked, please perform cleaning operation to ensure that the printhead remains in good condition.
③ If the machine has been out of service for more than 10 days, please clamp the two ink tubes under the capping station cap and drip some pure water into the capping station cap to ensure that the surface of the printhead is moist.
