1. Make sure that the place where the stormjet digital printer is placed is stable, and at the same time, do not place any debris on the printer.
2. Always pay attention to the environmental maintenance of the car, and close the front cover during printing to prevent dust from entering or other hard objects hindering the movement of the car.
3. It is forbidden to plug and unplug the printer cable arbitrarily when the digital printer is printing. Doing so will damage the printing port and the parallel port of the PC, and may even damage the main board of the PC and burn the print head.
4. If the printing is not clear, first check the ink system to see if there is no ink or it is blocked. If it is blocked, you can use the stormjet printer's automatic cleaning function to clean the nozzle.
5. When the print head does not return to the initial position and restarts, the printer will first return the print head to the initial position, and then will perform the operation of cleaning the nozzle, so it will cause unnecessary waste of ink, and the solution to this problem is often wipe off the dust on the guide rail and lubricate it. Use high quality lubricating oil, such as sewing machine oil,and ensure the surrounding environment is clean.
