It is inevitable that the stormjet digital printing machine malfunctions during the work process, such as garbled characters, long spray, image distortion, ghosting, etc. How to solve these problems?
When there is a problem with printing, we can check in order:
1. Whether the encoder sensor emits red light and whether there is dust or other objects on the encoder strip, which affects the reading of the grating data;
2. Whether the data cable from the printhead to the printhead plate is loose or incorrectly inserted, or the printhead plate is damaged;
3. The printhead driver board / IO interface board is damaged;
4. Whether the printed materials are damp;
5. Whether the bidirectional calibration parameters have been changed;
6. Whether the printing management system has been opened when printing.
