So why does the commercial printer have to be grounded, and what harm does it not have? How to connect the photo machine ground wire?

What is the ground wire?
The ground wire is the wire that directly connects to the earth, and can also be called a safety loop wire. When it is dangerous, it directly passes the high voltage to the earth, which is regarded as a lifeline.

What is the danger of ungrounded wire?
In the stormjet commercial printer, the ground wire is connected to the printer shell in a timely manner to lead out the unsafe charge or leakage current caused by various reasons.
If the charge generated by the commercial printer for various reasons cannot be exported out of the printer in time, then when a large amount of charge is accumulated in the device, it will cause certain damage to the nozzle and the electronic components. If the printhead is disturbed, the color of the printing screen will be messy, and the printing problems such as flying ink will be damaged. In serious cases, the printhead and even the card will be directly damaged.

How to connect ground wire?
1. Use 3 pieces of galvanized angle steel (or φ32mm² round steel) greater than 40 * 40mm to penetrate the underground to a depth of not less than 2m, and the distance between each piece is not less than 1m, and then use galvanized flat steel (50mm * 5mm) to connect these 3 pieces welding together firmly, with a φ8mm hole at the end;
2. The distance between the grounding body and the building is not less than 2m;
3. Use insulated copper wire larger than φ6mm² as the lead, one end is fixed to the ground body with M8 screws, and the other end is connected to the printer ground lead.
