1.Maintain ink path of stormjet eco solvent printer

(1) Use eco-solvent ink
For stormjet printer that use eco-solvent inks, because eco-solvent inks have a certain volatility, stormjet printer will not be easily blocked for a long time. Please follow the steps below to maintain the ink path:

① Please drop a special cleaning liquid into capping station before shutting down, do a cleaning, and then print a test strip to check whether the line is broken to ensure that stormjet eco solvent printer head is in normal condition, and then place the trolley in capping station to ensure that printhead and capping station are completely tight. Shut down normally.

At the same time, please clamp the ink tube under capping station with a clip, and drop some special cleaning liquid to ensure that the surface of the print head is wet.

(2) Use water-based ink
For stormjet printer using water-based ink, please follow the steps below to maintain the ink path:

① Please print a test strip before stormjet printer is shut down to check whether there is any disconnection, to ensure that stormjet printer head is in normal condition, and then place the cart in capping station to ensure that stormjet printer head and capping station are completely closed.

②It is recommended to print the nozzle test strip every 3 days to check whether stormjet printer head is clogged, and clean it in time if clogged.

③If stormjet printer stops for more than 10 days, please wipe stormjet printer head clean with a special cotton swab and pure water. At the same time, please clamp the ink tube under capping station with a clip, and drop some pure water to ensure that the surface of stormjet printer head is wet.

2. Storage environment
The ambient temperature of the storage stormjet eco solvent printer cannot be lower than 5 degrees Celsius. If possible, please keep the temperature above 14 degrees and the humidity at 35%-65%.

3. Dust-proof cover
When stormjet eco solvent printer is not in use, please cover printer with a dust-proof cloth to prevent dust from contaminating stormjet eco solvent printer .
