Many people need to use the ink absorber when using the Stormjet flag printing machine, but many people will not use it. There are some method.
First, do not unplug the syringe immediately after the pumping force is absent. This will cause the pressure in the pipeline to be unbalanced and cause the ink to be cut off in the printhead. When there is no pumping force, the syringe must be left for more than 10 seconds and then removed, so that the printhead pipe pressure is balanced and ink is rarely broken.
Second, do not let go when using the ink absorber to suck the ink. This will cause reverse pumping, but will get the ink into the printhead. Sometimes we use an ink absorber on several printheads. This will cause the ink to be pumped back, and the colors will be mixed.
