The take-up device is an indispensable part of the Stormjet textile printer. It is mainly used to take-up printed materials in time, saving manual take-up time, and facilitating users to post-process the rolled materials.Then what are the categories of photo take-up device?
There are two main types: damping slipper take-up device and induction tension take-up device.
1.Damp slipper take-up device
The damping slipper take-up device uses the motor to drive the friction damping. The friction generated by the damping will then drive the paper tube to realize the automatic take-up of the printing material. The change in the weight of the material driven by the retractor is achieved by adjusting the damper.
Advantages: simple structure, low cost, wide application, more popular with ordinary users.
Disadvantages: The motor is always rotating, and the motor life is relatively short in the long-term running state in the work room.
2.Induction tension take-up device
Inductive tension take-up device is to use a constant weight tension rod to tension the printed material, so that the printing material is always under tension. When the tension bar reaches a certain position, an induction probe will be triggered to start the take-up motor to take-up the material. When taking-up, the tension bar will be lifted and an induction probe will be triggered to stop taking-up. The retractor repeats the above two actions until the material is taked-up.
Advantages: neat winding, long motor life, light or heavy materials can be taked-up, can work for a long time, is currently favored by high-end printing.
Disadvantages: The short-term cost is slightly higher than the damping slipper take-up device, but there is very little after-sales work, and the comprehensive long-term cost is very cost-effective.
