If Stormjet eco solvent printer is not expected to be used temporarily for more than 48 hours, ink in print head must be cleaned, otherwise ink in print head will dry up due to gradual volatilization of solvent, and it will even cause irreversible damage to print head. Processing method is as follows.

1. Turn off power of Stormjet eco solvent printer.

2.Move Stormjet eco solvent printer head to leftmost capping station position, and place a corrosion-resistant container under solvent ink printer head to contain cleaning waste.

3. Use a glass syringe to draw out or pour out ink in auxiliary ink tank directly, and then clean auxiliary ink tank with a special cleaning fluid.

4. Unplug ink supply tube (from auxiliary ink tank) on Stormjet eco solvent printer head, and then use a glass syringe to draw 40ml of special cleaning fluid to clean nozzle, and do it twice. Finally, do not blow off remaining cleaning fluid in print head. Be sure to leave enough cleaning fluid inside head, because cleaning fluid can moisturize nozzle.

5. Put treated sprinklers into a clean corrosion-resistant container and seal them (use plastic wrap is good) and store them for about 1 month.
