What should I do when Stormjet eco solvent printer displays message "internalerror, shut down; carriage axisfailure" and cannot continue printing?

Reason:
①Some parts of Stormjet eco solvent printer are dirty/not clean, which causes carriage to run unsmoothly.
②Some parts of Stormjet eco solvent printer are damaged or worn out, causing it to fail to operate.
③Long-term operation of Stormjet eco solvent printer under low temperature will increase resistance caused by copper sleeve and plastic conveyor chain.

Solution:
①Clean following parts: sliding and rotating optical axis; copper sleeve; top and bottom of encoder strip.
②If there is a slight stagnation during printing process of Stormjet eco solvent printer, it may be that sliding surface of encoder strip bracket is damaged/adhesive is overflowing, or ink chain bracket is deformed. Please contact maintenance center as soon as possible.
③If there are stagnations on left and right ends during printing, it may be due to improper use of lubricating oil that two plastic supports under rotating optical axis swell in contact with oil, causing rubbing against copper sleeve. Please clean copper sleeve with a cleaning fluid and wipe off excess lubricating oil.
