Each printer has two important motors, one is serve motor, which can control the movement of carriage, the other is stepping motor, which can control the movement of the paper. When the printer cannot work well due to some problem of the motor, the operator should master some skills to replace the motor.
We should pay attention to several points when changing the motor:
A: We should cut off all power when replacing motor. It's better to use a screwdriver for stitches when devanning. We must follow certain rules to avoid confusion phenomenon in case of the damage to the mainboard when clearing stitches.
B: When replacing motor, firstly we should take the belt and pay attention to the details. When we install and remove motor, be careful not to damage the motor. When we need to update to a new equipment, we’d better adopt same equipment when replacing to avoid the secondly damage.
