The use of the stormjet piezoelectric printing machine requires daily maintenance. Let's take a look at the maintenance of the eco solvent printhead of the piezoelectric printing machine.
The eco solvent printhead should be removed and stored if not used for a long time. First, remove the printhead, remember that the mirror surface of it should not touch anything. First remove the ink bag, then remove the ink bag holder, then remove the three screws that fix the eco solvent printhead, then remove the printhead smoothly, and then remove the two data cables. When removing, try to pay attention to the ink. Do not apply ink completely on the next cleaning.
After the eco solvent printhead is removed, clean the attached glass syringe under the condition that the oil-based cleaning liquid is not contaminated by dust (the outdoor printhead uses oil-based cleaning liquid, and the indoor printhead uses water-based cleaning liquid). There is a 10 cm long silicone tube on the machine. Before use, make sure that there are no impurities in the tube, and be careful not to block the eco solvent printhead.
Connect the silicone tube to the syringe, pump the oil-containing cleaning solution into the syringe, connect the other end of the tube to the eco solvent printhead, and gently push the cleaning solution into the printhead. The cleaning solution flows out from the bottom of it.
1.During the cleaning process, be careful not to pour the cleaning liquid into the data line chip of the nozzle, and try to tilt the other end to avoid the cleaning liquid from flowing.
2.If the syringe is pushed too tight during cleaning, the tube connected to the printhead will open. When cleaning, press and hold the printhead connector to avoid unnecessary trouble.
3 After cleaning, waste ink will remain on the mirror surface at the bottom of the eco solvent printhead. Use the relevant container to pour the cleaning solution into the container. (Oil-based cleaning fluid is corrosive, pay attention to the perforation and leakage of the container.) Immerse the mirror of the nozzle in the cleaning fluid. (Note: Only dip the mirror surface into the inner surface, no other parts need to be soaked, the soaking time is about 1-2 hours.)
4 Take out the nozzle after soaking in water, wipe off the residual cleaning liquid on the nozzle, and be careful not to wipe the mirror surface with paper towels. It can be sealed with plastic film after cleaning. Do not twist the packaging forcefully.
